Thank you for shopping with Nily.
All in-stock items ship within 1–2 business days via USPS Ground at no cost to you. Delivery times vary based on destination and carrier conditions.
Expedited shipping options may be available for an additional fee and will be displayed during checkout.
Please note that weekends and officially recognized United States federal holidays are not considered business days and may extend processing and delivery times.
At this time, Nily ships only within the United States.
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete before placing your order. Nily is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
Once an order has been placed, we may be unable to cancel, modify, or reroute it. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled or edited.
Nily is not responsible for carrier delays caused by weather, service disruptions, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the recipient. If you experience an issue with a delivered package, please contact us and we will do our best to assist with the carrier claim process.
If a package is returned to Nily due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery, the customer may be responsible for any additional shipping charges required to resend the order.
