Return Policy

At Nily, we want you to love your dress! However, if you are not satisfied, we are happy to accept returns on unworn items in their original condition (unwashed, tags attached) for 30 days from date of receipt. All returns must be accompanied by the original receipt or order number. Items that are damaged, worn, or sent back in unsuitable condition cannot be returned and will be returned to the sender.

To proceed with a return, please contact Customer Service at info@nily.co for a Return Authorization number. A $10 return fee per package for shipping and processing fees applies and will be deducted from the refund total at the time of processing.

Please allow 10-14 business days from the date your return is delivered to us for your return to be processed. Once your return is processed a notification will be sent to your inbox signifying that your item has been processed. Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment. If you have purchased your Nily dress from a boutique, please contact them directly to coordinate the return.
